1. By using Rugged Altitude's drone services, you agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations governing drone use in your area.

3. Clients must provide clear and accurate instructions before any drone services are performed. Rugged Altitude is not liable for any errors due to incorrect instructions.
4. All images and videos captured during our drone services are the property of Rugged Altitude and may be used for promotional purposes.
5. Rugged Altitude reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or organization at our discretion.
6. Payment for drone services is due at the time of booking. Refunds will only be issued in the case of service cancellation by Rugged Altitude.
7. Rugged Altitude is not liable for any technical malfunctions of the drone equipment during a service, but we will make every effort to rectify the issue promptly.
8. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions required for drone use in their specific location.
9. Rugged Altitude does not guarantee the availability of our drone services at all times and reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
10. Our drone services are provided on an “as is” basis, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any data or information collected.
11. By using Rugged Altitude's drone services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms of service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
