Refund policy

Returns & Refunds
Because our products are made to order through a print-on-demand provider (Printify), we only offer returns or refunds for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size exchanges, or incorrect orders caused by customer error.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please contact us at info@ruggedaltitude.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs of the item and packaging
  • Your order number

We will work directly with our production partner to resolve the issue, and if the claim is approved, a replacement item will be sent at no additional cost or a full refund issued.

Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons, including:

  • Incorrect sizing (please refer to our sizing charts before ordering)
  • Change of mind
  • Items marked as "delivered" by the carrier but claimed not received

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, misprinted, or damaged, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly per Printify’s guidelines.

 

Exchanges
Because all products are made to order, we do not offer exchanges. If there is a defect or error with your order, please follow the process above and we will send a replacement if your claim is approved.

 

Refunds
If your return request is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
