AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are Rugged Altitude LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate the website https://www.ruggedaltitude.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Rugged Altitude LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date above, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of such changes. Your continued use of the Services after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

1. OUR SERVICES
The information provided through our Services is not intended for use in any jurisdiction where such use would be unlawful. Accessing the Services from other locations is done at your own initiative and you are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
All drone operations comply with FAA Part 107 regulations. Services are contingent on airspace restrictions, property access, and weather conditions.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We own or license all intellectual property in the Services, including source code, databases, functionality, designs, graphics, videos, text, and logos ("Content"), as well as the trademarks ("Marks"). You may not reproduce or use our Content or Marks for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business use only. Any unauthorized use terminates the license immediately.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

4. USER REGISTRATION
You may need to register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. PRODUCTS & MERCHANDISE
We offer drone-related products, equipment, accessories, and apparel. We strive for accuracy in listings but cannot guarantee that all product information is error-free. Availability, colors, and features may vary by device and inventory. Items may be fulfilled through third-party vendors such as Printify.
6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Shop Installments, Venmo, and Stripe.
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. Prices may change without notice. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes.
We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, involve bulk purchasing, or otherwise violate our terms.
7. RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Please refer to our current return policy here: https://www.ruggedaltitude.com/policies/refund-policy. Merchandise returns are subject to third-party terms when fulfilled by Printify or others.
8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:

Harass, spam, or abuse other users or staff

Upload malware, spyware, or data scraping tools

Use bots or automated tools to access the site

Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
Violation of these rules may result in termination of access.
9. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
You may be allowed to post content. By submitting content (photos, comments, media, etc.), you warrant that you own it or have permission, and you grant us a license to use it for marketing or operational purposes.
10. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
We may access, store, and use your content for the operation and improvement of the Services. You retain ownership of your content.
11. SOCIAL MEDIA
Linking social media accounts is optional. If you choose to do so, we may access content consistent with your account permissions. We are not responsible for content from linked accounts.
12. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right to:

Take legal action if terms are violated
13. TERM AND TERMINATION
These terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
14. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Services without notice. We are not liable for interruptions, delays, or data loss.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before arbitration, parties must attempt informal resolution for 30 days.
Arbitration: Disputes shall be resolved by one arbitrator in Wisconsin, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Proceedings shall be in English.
Restrictions: No class actions or representative actions allowed.
Exceptions: IP disputes, piracy, or unauthorized use may proceed in court.
17. CORRECTIONS
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.
18. DISCLAIMER
The Services are provided “AS-IS.” We disclaim all warranties including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for third-party content or damages resulting from use of our Services.
19. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Our liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Some states do not allow exclusions; this clause may not apply to you.
20. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Rugged Altitude LLC from claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Legal Terms.
21. USER DATA
We are not responsible for data loss. Maintain backup copies of your data.
22. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
You consent to receive communications electronically. Your use of the Services constitutes acceptance of electronic records and signatures.

24. MISCELLANEOUS
These Legal Terms are the entire agreement between you and Rugged Altitude LLC. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable. You may not assign your rights. We may assign ours. No waiver of rights shall be deemed a continuing waiver.
